ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Internationally (selected countries)

SHIPPING RATES
Standard domestic orders within Australia ship for a flat rate of $9.95. Enjoy free shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Express and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Heavenly Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Heavenly Co is not responsible for:
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Heavenly Co is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the shipping provider.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the carrier.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave at checkout, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it is delivered. Heavenly Co is not liable for loss or theft after delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
