REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of date of invoice, subject to the conditions below. After 30 days, we are unable to accept change of mind returns.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must:

∙ Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
∙ Have all original tags attached
∙ Be returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, or washing will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Exchanges are for any item of equal value. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please choose carefully — we recommend checking sizing before ordering.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of date of invoice at hello@heavenlyco.com.au with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once assessed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Heavenly Co.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

• Sale or discounted items
• Promotional or clearance items
• Gift cards

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email hello@heavenlyco.com.au to request a return
2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Send the item back using the provided instructions

 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Heavenly Co is not responsible for lost return parcels.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

STORE CREDIT

Where applicable, store credit will be issued via email and must be used within the specified timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

POLICY CHANGES

Heavenly Co reserves the right to update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
